Two Patients with the syndrome described by Re} and co workers as encephalopathy -with fatty degencr tion of the viscera were observed recently.
The diagnosis was established by clinical, laboratoi and patholog cal findings.
Case 1, 1 year and 10 month old male patient hz died about 3 days latter from the development symptoms and signs, and case 2, _4 month old feria also died 5 days later.
